These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DriftSeas (the “Site”), available at driftseas.com. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Content

DriftSeas publishes editorial articles about AI agents, frameworks, and developer tooling. Articles are AI-assisted: they are researched, drafted, and structured using large language models, then reviewed for clarity and accuracy. The site disclosure is visible on each article page and on our About page.

We aim to keep content accurate and timely, but the AI landscape moves fast; we make no warranty that any article is current, complete, or free of errors. Always verify critical information against the upstream source (vendor docs, GitHub repository, paper, etc.) before relying on it.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may read, share, and link to articles on the Site freely.
  • You may not scrape, crawl, or republish content at scale without prior written consent.
  • You may not use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
  • You may not attempt to access non-public areas (such as the admin panel) without authorization.

3. Intellectual Property

All articles, design, code, and visual assets on the Site, except where credited otherwise, are owned by DriftSeas and are made available for personal, non-commercial reading.

Third-party trademarks (e.g., names of AI tools, frameworks, and companies we cover) belong to their respective owners. Mention in our articles does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those owners.

Code samples shown in articles are illustrative; unless otherwise stated, you may copy and adapt them in your own projects without attribution.

4. Third-Party Services

The Site uses Google AdSense for advertising and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party content, ads, or links and are not responsible for the practices of any third party.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability
