515 (2) The term "lobbying activities" has the meaning given that term in section 3(7) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1602(7)). (3) The term "covered executive branch official" has the meaning given that term in section 3(3) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1602(3)). (4) The term "covered legislative branch official" has the meaning given that term in section 3(4) of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 1602(4)). SEC. 1044. DEFINITION OF "UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE" FOR PURPOSES OF TITLE 10, UNITED STATES CODE. Section 101(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: "(6) UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE.—The term 'unmanned aerial vehicle'— "(A) means an aerial vehicle that is not controlled by a human being after launch, such as a cruise missile; and "(B) does not include a remotely piloted aerial vehicle if the vehicle is controlled by a human being after launch.". † HR 2810 PAP
