Transfer of excess High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs) to foreign countries.”. 13 (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—Section 2581a of title 10, 14 United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall apply 15 with respect to transfers of High Mobility Multipurpose 16 Wheeled Vehicles on and after the date of the enactment of 17 this Act. 18 SEC. 112.
