Analysis / Administrative Data Surveillance was instituted in the vicinity of the residence. At 7:29am - The wife drove to the mosque to drop off the kids. 10:36am - notes that Aulaqi stepped onto Metro bus #4307 then exited. The sign on the bus read ' Alexandria.' 10:41am - While waiting for the taxicab Aulaqi was observed talking on his cell phone. While inside Borders Aulaqi was observed talking on his cell phone and sitting down at a table. 11:32am - The two white females were approximately mid 40's. was informed by the Case Agent that Aulaqi would be giving a speech at the Pentagon.

| 10:44am | Aulaqi entered the back seat of a White Top Ford Taurus station wagon taxicab, bearing Virginia License H101496 #409A and the aforementioned vehicle drove, east on Route 7, north on Interstate 395, north on Route 27, west on Columbia Pike, made a u-turn and proceeded east on Columbia Pike, south on Fern Street, west on Army Navy Drive and south on Hayes Street and turned west into the entrance for the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. | |
