Supplement to Judgment
In addition to any other conditions of your probation, you are ordered to comply with the following street conditions.
In the areas listed below and within one block of these areas, between the hours of noon and 5:00 a.m., defendant shall not (1) contact or attempt to contact passing motorists, (2) engage or attempt to engage motorists in conversation, (3) solicit or accept rides from motorists, or, (4) loiter, congregate or remain on any public street, sidewalk or alleyway without apparent lawful reason or business.
(a) El Cajon Boulevard between Park Boulevard and 73rd Street. (b) University Avenue between Park Boulevard and 69th Street. (c) Midway Drive between Barnett Avenue and Ollie Street. (d) Rosecrans Street between Hancock Street and Talbot Street. (e) Market Street between 12th Street and 35th Street. (f) 32nd Street between Market Street and Main Street. (g) Main Street and between 28th Street and Division Street. (h) Balboa Drive between Upas and Marston Point. (i) 8th Avenue Drive between Marston Point and Juniper Street. (j) The Naval Training Center, The Marine Corps Recruiting Depot, or The 32nd Street Naval Station. (k) In the area bordered by Ash Street on the north, Pacific Highway on the west, Island Avenue on the south, and 12th Avenue on the east.
I acknowledge that I have read and I understand the above conditions of my probation and that failure to abide by them will result in the revocation of my probation.
