“Bamboo” Is Stronghttps://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/w21Q84rQg5Dy2gfeMr_dEw
Before it bursts through the ground, a bamboo spends most of its “energy” on building a robust root system. Life works the same way. Those who can weather hardships and gradually improve their days don’t suddenly gain strength; they have been quietly “saving capital” all along. It might be the books they’ve read, the skills they’ve learned, the friends they’ve made, the habits they’ve cultivated, a little money set aside each month, or a daily walk they keep up with. These tiny accumulations are like bamboo roots—unseen most of the time but often the very thing that supports you when it matters most.

Think about it: many of the problems you face stem from a lack of product thinking. Remember, product thinking is about having a genuine feeling and purpose for something—it can be anything. Some students come to me for advice; I give them methods. For those who feel unstable, I sincerely recommend this “invincible secret”: apply product thinking, earn money properly, and your life will stabilize. Many wonder, “Why should I earn money properly? Life is short; why bother?” The issue is that people often don’t know why they should earn money. Besides feeding, clothing, and basic survival, the real purpose of earning is to use the money you earn with your own skills to improve yourself.

If the world economy were likened to the human circulatory system, the rise of individuals would make the capillaries richer and more vibrant, greatly enhancing the whole economy’s ability to supply blood and oxygen. The concept of a shared human destiny will become tangible during the global economic upgrade and transformation. Thus, in this new era of new business, the only challenge we face is how to become a better version of ourselves.

True Chinese Medicine Is Cosmic Energy Science!https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/PDKtfH_NRipaoyTGj-pD6Q
The best “medicine” is yourself. Why do many traditional Chinese doctors live to ninety? Because they stay open, unwarped, unforced, and they don’t torment themselves. Health springs not from the body but from the mind. For example, if you dislike someone, the healthy approach is to simply avoid them—not because you have social status or choice, but because many people from humble backgrounds also live happily. Understand that anger is foolish; once you accept that, you’re already half‑healthy. In short, the most reliable wellness strategy is to remain as naïvely sincere as possible.

Expanding One’s Mindsethttps://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/r2yIzWErGV1ky0IOGB9BIQ
In Chinese medicine, the original meaning of “yi” (医) is “to correct.” In other words, we continuously correct our mental models and lifestyles to achieve a better life. In a narrow sense, Chinese medicine corrects a patient’s illness and provides appropriate treatment. In a broader sense, it also means correcting our mental and behavioral biases, restoring balance to all life activities, allowing our thoughts to be clear and expansive, our character to be independent, and ultimately to live freely within the world. Thus, Chinese medicine is not merely a medical model; it is a fusion of mindset and way of life. The medical model and techniques are just one part. If our mindset can accommodate everything, we can turn life’s shocks into surprises and enjoy the process.
